Centenarians reveal their secrets to longevity
Nine Australian centenarians reveal their secrets to longevity.
Who better to tell us the secret to long life than those who have lived to at least 100 years?
Is it diet or exercise or a state of mind? Red meat or veggies? Or maybe it’s just luck!
The answers might surprise you and this video might just help you live a long and healthy life!
One question they are often asked is, ‘what is the secret to a long life’? Some are asked so often they laughed when we asked them!
It turns out that they all have a very individual response with suggestions ranging from ‘no competitive sport’ to ‘meat and three veg’.
Over time, we shall continue to reveal their answers. Maybe, one day, we will discover if there really is a secret to longevity.
