Centenarian Application

Thank you for your interest in sharing a centenarian’s story with The 100 Project.

This form gives you the opportunity to tell us about the centenarian and why their life story should be considered for inclusion.

Each film takes approximately one month to produce. As a result, we are only able to create a limited number of documentaries each year. While we wish we could honour every submission, we are unfortunately unable to produce a film for every centenarian nominated.

All selected films are professionally edited and created at no cost to participants. The only thing we ask for is your enthusiasm and willingness to help share a meaningful story.
